cant link to a sub page

i have tried to make one of the title sections divert straight to a sub sub page. it wouldnt do it so in the end i had to create the page twice. is there any way to do this. if you would like to have a look its under 'organisation and self control' then 'finding the energy for difficult taks' then 'concentration'. i wanted concentration to come up straight away so had to duplicate it under the original page. looks fine and i'm happy to stick with that option but worried google will be pissed off that i am duplicating pages and suspect i'm trying to get extra key words in by cheating.

Hi Phil,
I'll give you a call about this one. Basically you can change the URL that a page will go to by going to Page Properties for the page and then clicking on the text radio button next to the href at the bottom of the properties screen. Then type in the URL that you want this page to redirect to. I would recommend doing this instead of making copies of pages, as making copies of pages will be seen by Google as duplication which will get your site marked down.
