Hi Bee,

Am having problems changing the banners, when I upload a new picture and then make it the banner for a page, it comes through as a blank - I think I am missing a step - can you help?

Hi Gill,
Just to confirm our phone conversation, the problem here was the file names for your banner files. You don't want any full stops, ampersands, spaces or any other strange characters in the filenames of your files.

If you find that you have uploaded a file and it isn't working, check the filename and you can rename it in the file manager by clicking the rename link to the right of the file.
