- The button or graphic linking to the live chat facility reports the operators status (i:e on-line / off-line) The graphic can also be set to not appear if the live chat status is off-line.
- An operator can set his/her status to either off-line or on-line whilst sat at the admin control panel. When the operator is away from the admin panel the status is automatically set to off-line.
- A sound alert is made by the admin panel when someone connects with your live chat so you can safely carry on with your other work with the admin panel running in the background
- All chats are saved to the server and can be retrieved at a later date.
- Information on the customer that is sent to the operator is the name, an email and the referring URL if supplied.
- When your live chat is off-line, a form will display enabling customers to email you directly.
- The administrator has a large amount of control in the look, feel and text content of the chat system.
- You can set quick texts that can be easily added to a chat when needed.
